Early Learning and School Readiness

Through close collaboration with Ohio Department of Children & Youth (DCY), State Support Team Region 10 has consultants who partner with school districts, preschool leaders, and early childhood educators to navigate Preschool Special Education, Licensing, and Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) standards and advance early care and education initiatives across our region. Through technical assistance, professional learning, and strategic partnerships we help programs build high-quality early learning environments.
