Child Outcome Summary (COS) Training is required for any preschool staff that facilitates the process or supervisors who monitor and/or provide booster training on the process. Both parts 1 and 2 must be completed at least once. Part 1 is required for registration for Part 2. After initial completion, participants can take either Part 1 or Part 2 to support their needs.
Part 2 provides guided practice through activities that support understanding of the process for collecting information to identify rating scores for a preschooler with disabilities to complete a Child Outcome Summary.
