Join fellow preschool special education supervisors to share and refine practices related to the initial evaluation and referral-to-eligibility process. This session will focus on aligning procedures with requirements and enhancing evaluation practices to better support IEP development.
Topics include:
- Comprehensive evaluations
- Data collection for Child Outcome Summary
- IEP goal development and baselines
What to bring:
Samples of tools and documents you use in evaluations - such as ETRs, supporting documentation, manuals and process guides 0 to enrich discussion and collaboration.
*During the afternoon (12-3 pm), participants can continue conversation and/or work on their procedures.
