The 2020 It's YOUR Life! Secondary Transition & Accessibility Fair will be held in January 2021 - date, times and details will be coming soon!
The goal of the It's YOUR Life! Transition Fair is to improve accessibility to college, employment, and life after high school for area students with IEPs and 504 Plans by bringing a multitude of resources together in one convenient place.
Each year the Transition Fair features many education and community resources available for planning and supporting life after high school. Discussion panels are led by representatives from area school districts, colleges & agencies. Students, families and educators will find a wealth of information and resources designed to help students reach their life goals.
Information is geared to students, families, and educators in Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery and Preble counties, however any and all are welcome!
This FREE event is sponsored by State Support Team 10 in collaboration with its Regional Transition Council, which includes representatives from area school districts and the following organizations:
